Burner/Boiler Technician (FL) #2047 – Orlando, Florida
This is a permanent full time position.
Job Description
We are searching for an experienced Burner/Boiler Technician that is self-motivated and organized to join the team in Orlando. The Burner/Boiler Technician will be responsible for providing quality service and troubleshooting on customer’s boiler system equipment. Customer provided services to include preventative maintenance and emergency service.
Knowledge & Experience
- Electrical Meter use
- Motorized tool use
- Basic hand tool use
- Combustion test equipment use
- Familiarity of Boiler Room Equipment
Education & Experience Required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Associate’s Degree in Engineering Technology or a related field is a plus
- Minimum of two (2) years of field experience or one (1) year with Associate’s Degree
Duties & Responsibilities
- Interface with customers at job sites to identity problems and offer effective solutions
- Completing assigned tasks in a timely manner
- Work under the direction of Senior Technicians to complete projects
- Flexibility to work overtime/weekends as necessary
- Work in an independent environment or with a team
- Provide reports detailing daily activities
