Job Description
IntegriSource is working with a Tallahassee employer who is looking for an experienced Functional PeopleSoft Consultant. This project will run 4-6 months on a contract basis and will be on-site in Tallahassee, FL. Remote work is not available for this position.
Qualified candidates must have 5+ years of PeopleSoft experience, including:
- PeopleSoft Procure to Pay module expertise
- Working with Jaggaer/SciQuest or other third party interface with the P2P process.
- Writing specifications and testing features currently used or to be integrated with PeopleSoft Procure to Pay module.
Education & Experience Required
- Bachelor s Degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide production support for PeopleSoft Procure to Pay modules and related integrations.
- Revision of PeopleSoft to Jaggaer workflow data integrations.
- Revision of Jaggaer Requisition Manager PO Export Integration to integrate all Change Orders with PeopleSoft.
- Provide analysis and recommendations surrounding AP efficiency initiatives which may be proposed or under consideration - e.g., integrations with Visual Compliance software, review of various Supplier Portal solutions, etc.
- Implementation of approved AP efficiency initiatives
- Creation of a custom PO Close process.
