Job Description
IntegriSource is working with a top Tallahassee employer who has an immediate need for an Administrative Professional (with payroll processing experience). This is a growth opportunity to work with one of Florida’s best-ranked companies.
This position provides overall administrative support along with payroll processing duties on a biweekly basis.
Knowledge & Experience
Technology Tools - experience required:
- Proficient in Excel (intermediate proficiency), Word, Outlook, Publisher and Adobe
- 2-5 years of use of payroll processing tools: QuickBooks, gusto, Deluxe, ADP, Zenefits, Sage, or Paychex, etc.
- Typing 50 wpm and proficient with ten-key
Education & Experience Required
Required Education and Experience:
- Associates Degree, with at least two years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience in a professional office environment.
- 2-5 years prior experience processing company employee payroll (utilizing any of the following: QuickBooks, gusto, Deluxe, ADP, Zenefits, Sage Paychex, etc.)
Duties & Responsibilities
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Preparation and assistance in the payroll process
- High volumes of clerical office duties including scanning
- Reconciling petty cash
- Administration of spreadsheets and reporting
- Assist with facilities management
- Coordinates travel arrangements
- Updates all templates, policies and procedures as needed
