This is a contract 3+ Months position.
Job Description
IntegriSource is working with top Tallahassee employer who has an immediate need to add a Help Desk Technician to their team for a 3+ month assignment. The project will run through March 2020 with possibility of extension.
Knowledge & Experience
Candidates must have the following in order to be considered for this role:
· 2+ years of recent Tier 1 Help Desk Support experience using Microsoft products including Active Directory
· Strong customer service skills in a professional environment
· Experience with repair/replace equipment and devices.
· Experience with computer cloning/ghosting.
· Ability to work 40+ hours on a weekly basis
· Ability to start immediately (December) and remain available without interruption for the duration of the project.
