Job Description
IntegriSource is working with top Tallahassee employer who has an immediate need to add an experienced Help Desk Support Technician to their team for 6-month assignment that could turn into a permanent role.
Knowledge & Experience
- 3+ years of recent Tier 1 Help Desk Support experience using Microsoft products including Active Directory
- Strong customer service skills in a professional environment
- Experience with repair/replace equipment and devices.
- Experience with computer cloning/ghosting.
- Ability to work 40+ hours on a weekly basis
