Job Description
IntegriSource is working with a global manufacturing client who has an immediate need to add a Senior Accountant to their team. This is a full-time growth opportunity that will be located onsite at their offices in Wilmington, DE. (Remote work until January 2021 is allowed.) Required Education/Certifications
- BS Accounting/Finance (MBA is a plus)
- CPA required
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in public accounting from a large public accounting and auditing firm or from a publicly listed company.
- Thorough understanding of US GAAP and SEC Reporting
- Knowledge of IFRS, preferred
Responsibilities
- Point of contact for technical accounting related issues (SEC guidance, FASB Standards, etc.)
- Coordinate the implementation efforts for new accounting standards and participate in the review of proposed standards
- Provide technical accounting guidance to businesses for complex transactions
- Provide technical accounting support for transactional due diligence and purchase accounting
- Interact with global controllership and independent public accountants on accounting policy matters
