Job Description
IntegriSource has partnered with a top Tallahassee employer who has an immediate need to add an experienced Help Desk Consultant. This is a long-term, multi-project contract assignment (12+ months) and selected candidate must work onsite at their offices in Tallahassee, FL.
For consideration, applicants must have the following:
- 2-4 years of recent IT Help Desk support experience.
- 2 years of experience using and training internal users on Microsoft products, WebEx, or other video conferencing tools (Teams, Zoom, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills in a professional IT environment.
- Ability to work 40+ hours on a weekly basis.
