Job Description

IntegriSource is working with a top-ranked global professional services firm who has an immediate need for an IT Help Desk Analyst to join their team. This is a full-time hybrid role that will be located at their Washington, DC office.

Please note: our client is not offering sponsorship or relocation for this role. This is not a C2C position.

Education: Two-year college degree preferred; the equivalent amount of experience will also be considered.

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in end-user support.
  • Experience implementing, maintaining, and supporting Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Technical experience configuring and supporting workstations, laptops, printers, and related equipment.
  • Extremely strong communication and interpersonal skills as the role will support all levels of the team.
