Systems Administrator – 100% Remote
This is a contract to hire 6 months position.
Job Description
We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Systems Analyst (3-6 years) to work in a remote capacity for our partner client. This is a 6-month contract to hire role with competitive salary and excellent benefits once converted.
The objective of this role is to work with the project team, Microsoft, Microsoft partner vendor, and select researchers to configure, customize, deploy, document, troubleshoot a trusted research environment in Microsoft’s Azure cloud with a Microsoft Teams front end/user interface.
They are looking for a team member to focus on the front end/user interface for this secure research environment which is being developed by Microsoft and partner vendors. This interface is based on the Microsoft Teams and SharePoint platforms. The systems analyst will work closely with Microsoft and selected Microsoft partner vendor to customize, configure, and deploy this environment based on the needs of select researchers
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or other appropriate degree and two years’ experience or a combination of appropriate post high school education and experience equal to six years.
Required experience:
- Microsoft Azure (strong proficiency), Teams, and SharePoint
- Infrastructure as code
- Scripting
- Systems analyst experience
- Business analyst experience
- Experience working with compliant environments (HIPAA, NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills
