IntegriSource, Inc. has partnered with a leading global professional services firm who is searching for a Director of Human Resources to join their team in Washington, DC. This is a hybrid role with some onsite office work required.

Education
- Bachelor‘s degree or equivalent work experience.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of ten (10) years of human resources generalist
- Five (5) years of supervisory/management experience with significant capabilities in conflict resolution in a professional service organization.
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of Human Resources and applicable labor laws for compliance purposes.
- Ability to lead effectively while being a team player.
- Possess financial/budgetary and analytical skills as well as project management skills.
- Demonstrate proficiency using HRIS, time and attendance, performance, and budget software as well as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
