Job Description

We have an amazing opportunity with our partner client who is adding an Installation Coordinator to their team in Tallahassee, FL. The position will consist of scheduling service call and installation jobs in a fast-paced environment. This is a fulltime role (Monday to Friday 8 am-5 pm) with excellent benefits and a competitive pay.

Requirements/Responsibilities

  • Qualified candidates must have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED.  
  • In addition, you must have strong coordination and follow-up skills as they will monitor service issues, respond to inquiries on the telephone, communicate with technicians, and survey incoming and outgoing service tickets to ensure single ticket dispatching and completion of service tickets within a timely manner.
  • Finally, the role requires basic computer experience, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Fire Alarm/Security industry experience preferred.
