IntegriSource has partnered with a top IT Company headquartered in Tallahassee, FL. They have an immediate need to add a Systems Analyst (Tier 1 or 2) to their team. This is a growth opportunity to work and learn in the Tallahassee IT community. In this role, the successful candidate will provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware in a hosted environment.
Important notes about this position:
- Work location - onsite at their Tallahassee office.
- Sponsorship and relocation are not available for this role.
- Work hours - 8:00-5:00 M-F
Required Education and Experience:
- High school diploma
- 3+ years of experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role.
- Knowledge of Microsoft domain management
- Knowledge of Office products (2010, 2016, Office 365)
- Knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 7, 8, 10, Server 2008 R2, Server 2012 R2, Server 2016, Server 2019)
