Accountant/Bookkeeper – Tallahassee, Florida

Job Description

IntegriSource has partnered with a local boutique accounting firm who is looking to grow by adding an experienced accountant/bookkeeper. The qualified candidate will have 2-3 years of experience and be looking to grow their career.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform full cycle bookkeeping duties, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll processing.
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports for management.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting principles.
  • Process and file relevant sales tax and payroll tax reports.
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies or opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.

Qualifications:

  • General ledger accounting skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with multiple business clients.
  • Ability to work well in a time-critical environment.
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks.
