Job Description
IntegriSource has partnered with a local boutique accounting firm who is looking to grow by adding an experienced accountant/bookkeeper. The qualified candidate will have 2-3 years of experience and be looking to grow their career.
Responsibilities:
- Perform full cycle bookkeeping duties, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll processing.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting principles.
- Process and file relevant sales tax and payroll tax reports.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies or opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
Qualifications:
- General ledger accounting skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with multiple business clients.
- Ability to work well in a time-critical environment.
- Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks.
