Network Administrator – Tallahassee, Florida

IntegriSource has partnered with a Tallahassee based client who has an immediate need to add a Network Administrator to their growing team in Florida. Our client is focused on finding someone whose experience includes the planning, implementation, monitoring, maintenance, and security of the network infrastructure including the LAN, WAN, and new network technologies when implemented.
This is a growth role for anyone looking to excel in their field. There will be many opportunities to learn new skills. Our client offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits. This is an onsite/hybrid role with 2-3 days/week in the office. There may be after-hours and weekend work as needed. In addition, our client requires a valid driver’s license for travel to remote offices.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS
• Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field plus one year of related technical work experience; in lieu of a 4-year degree they will consider the equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Certified in Net+, Security+, or CCNA.
Our client requires the following experience:
• Maintaining all network and computer systems security to ensure all systems are operating correctly.
• Installing network hardware and software and makes needed upgrades and repairs.
• Investigate, recommend, and install enhancements and operating procedures that optimize network availability.
• Administer firewall, endpoint protection and other network security devices.
• Fixing computer and network problems.
• Serving as backup to the System Administrator.
