Job Description
We have partnered with a Florida-based employer, who is adding a Human Resources Generalist to their team. This is an onsite position located in Tallahassee, FL.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree
• 3 years of human resources experience
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR Certification or willingness to obtain
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
• Effective computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook
• Experience with HR regulations and compliance laws/policies, basic Human Resource functions and principles, filing systems and basic records management processes and methods of data collection and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills as the position requires working with various team members at all levels including senior management
