Job Description
We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Accounting/Bookkeeping Professional to work with our partner client in the professional services industry. This is a fulltime (Monday to Friday - regular business hours) and onsite role at their offices in Tallahassee, FL. Our client offers a competitive base salary and a robust benefits package.
Required Experience
- Strong experience in finance/bookkeeping - minimum of 5+ years of work experience in both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Experience working in a multi-state environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, expense management software, as well as have the interest to learn new technologies.
General qualifications
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) as they will be working with all levels of employees from peers to leadership.
- Must be familiar with corporate accounting busy times (monthly - first/last week and yearly - December/January).
