Job Description

IntegriSource has partnered with a top-ranked regional accounting firm who has an immediate need to add an Accountant/CPA to their growing Audit team. They are seeking someone with 3+ years of experience performing audit and consulting services for state and local governments.

Experience must include a detailed understanding of government accounting and auditing standards, experience with state and federal single audits, financial statement preparation, and an understanding of internal control systems in a government environment.

If you have the following credentials, we welcome the opportunity to talk with you:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  • CPA Certification or CPA eligible
  • 3+ years’ recent experience in public accounting
  • Experience will include grant compliance auditing, government, not-for-profit, insurance, and/or pension
  • Technical knowledge and experience supervising staff accountants.

Education

  • Bachelor‘s degree or equivalent work experience.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of ten (10) years of human resources generalist
  • Five (5) years of supervisory/management experience with significant capabilities in conflict resolution in a professional service organization.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of Human Resources and applicable labor laws for compliance purposes.
  • Ability to lead effectively while being a team player.
  • Possess financial/budgetary and analytical skills as well as project management skills.
  • Demonstrate proficiency using HRIS, time and attendance, performance, and budget software as well as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
