IntegriSource has partnered with a top-ranked regional accounting firm who has an immediate need to add an Audit Manager to their growing team in Florida. Your background must include experience with pertinent Internal Revenue and Florida code sections and regulations to prepare corporate, individual, partnership, fiduciary, and other tax returns. This is an onsite/hybrid role as there will be significant client collaborations. Clients are located in the panhandle area of Florida.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  • Active CPA license
  • 4+ years of recent audit experience in public accounting with experience in local and state government.
  • Prior leadership experience managing and mentoring other team members

  • Handling telephone calls
  • Maintaining files and data
  • Receiving and directing visitors


· 3 years Administrative Assistant and/or Customer Service experience

· Prior experience with CPA firm

· Knowledge/experience with tax season

· Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Bachelor‘s degree or equivalent work experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Four-year college degree or equivalent experience.
  • Three (3+) years of supervisory and management.
  • Two (2+) years of experience in human resources and experience with processing human resources data in a law firm, corporate or professional services environment.
  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and/or related software.
