IntegriSource is working with global employer who has an immediate need to add an experienced IT Auditor to perform internal audit assurance activities (finance, operational, IT, and SOX). This is a full-time/permanent position that will be onsite at our client’s Wilmington, DE office.

Required Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (in Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Accounting Information Systems or related field)
  • CISA, CISSP, CIA, CPA, or other certifications preferred.

Required:

  • Minimum 3+ years of IT audit experience, with large global company and manufacturing industry focus.
  • Experience and strong technical knowledge of SAP security, testing SAP IT Controls, core SAP concepts and SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance solutions (SAP GRC)
  • Experience with SOX (implementing or auditing controls)
  • Knowledge of SOC and SSAE18 reports.

Job Description

IntegriSource is working with a top Tallahassee employer who has an immediate need to add an experienced Customer Relations Manager to their team for a long-term contract (10 months - with possible extension assignment. This position will be onsite with flexible remote start.

Knowledge & Experience

  • 3 – 5 years of professional experience in Information Systems, Change Management, Release Management, or another related field is required.
  • 2 years of incident, problem, or change workflow automation tool experience, highly desired.

Education & Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or another related field, highly desired.
  • Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) with the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP), highly desired.
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute (PMI), a plus.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Managing and executing IT change and release management processes, encompassing project management, application development, and operational procedures.
  • Provide oversight for, develop, and execute change and release management activities and tools to identify and evaluate stakeholders’ knowledge, skills, and abilities; enhance professional development, deliver communications and increase engagement, and monitor implementation for multiple enterprise level projects, priorities, and initiatives in accordance with policies, procedures, and systems and applications requirements.
  • Communicate and collaborate with management, staff and consultants, Project Management Teams, Project Networks, and stakeholders. Prioritize projects, coordinate work assignments, and develop deliverable requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a Configuration Management Database to serve as a digital twin of the Department’s IT infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot and support Cherwell ITSM workflows with the department’s Cherwell Developers.
  • Knowledge in ITIL Standard for Change Management practices.
  • A strong background with change management tools and workflows and the ability to put the methods and tools into practice.

This is a contract 6+ Months position.

Job Description

IntegriSource is working with a Tallahassee employer who is looking for a Software Developer (1-2 years of experience) with both JavaScript and Node.js experience for client and server-side development. The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of experience and be assisting with the implementation of a Software as a Service solution to new customers through agile development. This is great opportunity for someone early in their career to work and learn.

This a 6+ month contract role with a possible extension. Remote work environment to start and the role will eventually be onsite in Tallahassee, FL.

Knowledge & Experience

• Previous working experience as a Node.js developer.

• Experience in using technical specifications to write server and client-side JavaScript

• Experience in developing object-oriented JavaScript.

• Familiarity with full web stack including protocols and web server optimization techniques

• Web application development experience: must have knowledge of the HTML DOM and experience with JavaScript frameworks and libraries including jQuery.

• Experience working with Version Control Systems (Git, TFS, etc.).

• Experience working with REST APIs.

• Experience testing and debugging code.

• Familiar with agile project management software Jira.

• Adaptable to project coding standards.

• Comfortable using development, debugging, and testing tools, including npm, Visual Studio Code, Postman, and similar tools.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable interacting with customers, project managers, and team interaction

• Consultative background, ability to work with client deadlines and fixed priced projects.

Desired Skills

• Experience writing SQL queries.

IntegriSource is looking for a Fire Alarm and Security System Service Technician. This is a full-time role working for our Raleigh, NC client. Competitive salary. Salary, overtime, bonus, and excellent benefits!

Knowledge & Experience

  • Two years’ experience in commercial / industrial fire alarm systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word documents pertaining to inspection reporting.
  • Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and specifications
  • Ability to read and interpret technical and parts manuals to diagnose and repair equipment.
  • Experience with hand tools and multi-meter usage
  • Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Must be able to carry and move equipment and tools weighing up to 40 pounds
  • Must be able to work on lifts and ladders
  • Must possess hand tools
  • Must be willing to travel within NC/SC for day trips and work extended hours as needed.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform routine inspections, testing, servicing, installation, and preventative maintenance of life safety (fire detection, security, CCTV, & monitoring) product lines.
  • Troubleshoot system problems and resolve via physical equipment installation or software changes.
  • Possess or ability to obtain knowledge of NFPA, State, and local fire codes and become NICET certified.
  • Ability to program systems via laptop using minor to complex equations and thought processes
  • Knowledge of computer networking, IP addressing, and connectivity.
  • Knowledge of low voltage electrical, including troubleshooting skills and instruments.
  • Knowledge of, or desire to learn security systems and CCTV.
  • Follow and maintain a highly structured inspection schedule.
  • Input, retrieve and archive inspection documentation program via the laptop computer.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction for continual company growth.
  • Complete assigned tasks on time with little supervision.
  • Support emergency service call-out on a rotational basis.
